Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°C until immediately before use. Do not freeze. Once the bag is opened clams may be kept for 2-3 days under refrigeration.
If the bag seal is broken, do not use. Discard or return to the store for a refund.
To serve cold
Open the seal and the clams will open.
To serve hot
Microwave – place contents of the pack(including juice) in a microwaveable bowl and cover. Heat until the desired temperature is achieved.
Stove top - bring 1 cup of water to boil, empty the contents of the pack into the pot and heat through briefly.
