Our selection of export products all come from the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean and are available all year round subject to weather. We are committed to harvesting our shellfish in a sustainable way and reducing any environmental impact our operations may cause.
Live NZ Littleneck Clams
New Zealand Littleneck Clams have been exported to a dozen countries for over thirty years. These carefully managed wild livestock are harvested by hand raking in the clear unpolluted waters of the Pacific Ocean on the Otago coast.

Live NZ Greenshell Mussels
Whole Greenshell Mussels (Perna canaliculus) are native and grown only in New Zealand.
They are one of the largest mussel species and their emerald green shells are distinctive to this species.
Fresh Chilled Fish
Southern Rainbow exports a number of different species of fin fish caught in New Zealand coastal waters off the South Island. Catching methods include long lining, potting, netting and trawling.
